How do I add a Message

Managing expectations is easy when you communicate in Cage. Use Messages to help communicate with your client on a project-level. Think "central place to have discussions much as you might have with emails" - except no one gets left off the email thread and you don't have to go searching for anything now. To get started, simply:

  1. Click the "Add Message"
  2. Select if it's Internal or External
  3. Post a new Message
  4. Attach optional files from your computer

Messages are great for kicking off a project, making announcements, sharing and posting ideas, centralizing any legal docs, or finalizing the scope of the project.
