Which Plan is right for me?

We try to make Cage affordable and accessible for teams of all sizes. We price Cage based on the number of people using Cage and ultimately, which toolset you need to use with your team. Some teams prefer just our collaborations features (like file annotations, approvals, presentations, etc) and some prefer all features (which includes the ability for you to manage projects, in addition to the collaboration features). You get unlimited everything else (projects, files, messages, tasks, groups, revisions, approvals, etc). Here’s a breakdown of what each plan consists of and who we think it’s best for:

Free Plan: $0, you get 1 project that you can share with unlimited Reviewers. In the Free Plan, you get up to 1 Team Member (this includes you) and 2GB of storage (archived projects do not count against your total storage). This includes every feature in Cage!

Standard Plan: $8/mo/user, you get unlimited projects that you can share with unlimited Reviewers. In the Standard Plan, you get up to all Collaboration Features (annotations, approvals, revisions, and presentations) and up to 500GB of storage (archived projects do not count against your total storage). Also includes access to Dropbox and Slack integrations and our free Google Chrome Extension.

Professional Plan: $14/mo/user, you get unlimited projects that you can share with unlimited Reviewers. In the Professional Plan, you get up to all Collaboration (annotations, approvals, revisions, and presentations) and Project Management Features (tasks, calendaring, messages, dashboard, activity streams, and milestones) and up to 2TB of storage (archived projects do not count against your total storage). Also includes access to Dropbox and Slack integrations and our free Google Chrome Extension.

Enterprise Plan: CUSTOM, you get unlimited projects that you can share with unlimited Reviewers. In the Enterprise Plan, you get discounted rates starting at 25 people on your team (this includes you) and up to 5TB of storage (archived projects do not count against your total storage).Also includes access to Dropbox and Slack integrations and our free Google Chrome Extension.
